Items that have not been used and are still in their original packaging may be returned within 15 days. Non-stock or special orders may only be returned at the discretion of the manufacturer, and restocking fees may apply. Freight and shipping fees to return the items must be paid by the customers. If the manufacturer will not accept the item back, then the order is non-refundable.

Please inspect all items before signing for delivery. Note any missing, damaged, or extra items. Any broken or damaged items need to be reported to our office within two business days. If the driver will not wait for you to do a full inspection, please note that on the company's copy of the bill of lading.
